How
is BTPbrides conducted?
After the initial
evaluation of your fitness/health status, our BTPBrides Exercise Specialist will then
customize, fine-tune the program, and personally train you 2-3 times per week at agreed
times at the ‘Transformation Studio’
for the next 10-15 weeks. The program can also be done concurrently with 2 (partner
training) or 3-4 clients (group training).
Is nutritional advice
provided?
Yes. This is an essential part of the
program. You will be given a special educational session called ‘eat-on-demand’
that works incredibly well with the exercise component. No more starvation, calorie
counting, zero-fat, low-carb or other nonsensical diets.
'Eat-on-demand diet' is a simple concept yet gives highly
effective results, when used with our BTPbrides exercise routine. It is based on your
current fitness and health state, the way you exercise and is dependant on your other
lifestyles. It is totally logical and is not fad-based.
