Is nutritional advice provided?
Yes. This is an
essential part of the program. You will receive a special educational session on
'Eat-on-Demand' plan that works incredibly well with the exercise component. Time to dump
those starvation, calorie counting, zero-fat, low-carb or other nonsensical diets.
'Eat-on-Demand'
is a simple concept yet gives highly effective results, when used with our BTP exercise
routine. It is based on your current fitness and health state, the way you exercise and is
