The Consulting Process

These are the typical steps involved:

  1. Fact findings: You will be asked to provide as much background information as possible. Detailed assessments may be carried out.

  3. Analysis: is there a solution or more than one (alternatives)?

  4. Answer: Paul may give you a solution on the spot or conducts further investigations if information given is insufficient before designing a program for you, giving you specific instructions or recommendations.

Consulting Principles

The rate is usually based on the complexity of your program and work that needs to be done to help you. He will always advise you on how he thinks you will get the best results for your money.

Note: Paul may be available to travel to your site for consulting or exercise demonstration at a additional fee of $100. There are no other charges.
