Taking good care
of your body and health is increasing becoming more and more important. More and more

Our
Health-Transformation-Program (HTP) is a holistic health
improvement program that aims to reduce or eliminate the above-mentioned health risks
through smart exercise and diet plan. It will help you achieve a healthier, fitter body
many times faster and safer than trying to do it on your own!
How is HTP conducted?
We will first do a an evaluation of your
fitness/health status. Our Exercise Specialist will then customize, fine-tune the program,
and personally train you 2-3 times per week at agreed times at the ‘Transformation Studio’ for the
next 10-15 weeks. The program can also be done concurrently with 2 (partner training) or
3-4 clients (group training).
This
program is ideal for you if you:
- are
35 years and above
- have
no apparent health risk but want to minimise or prevent one
- already
having one or more of the above-mentioned risk factors and want to eliminate them as soon
as possible
