Taking good care of your body and health is increasing becoming more and more important. More and more people are dying from lifestyle chronic diseases. Diseases that can be controlled.

Chronic diseases and conditions have a great impact in our life. How can we help?

Our Health-Transformation-Program (HTP) is a holistic health improvement program that aims to reduce or eliminate the above-mentioned health risks through smart exercise and diet plan. It will help you achieve a healthier, fitter body many times faster and safer than trying to do it on your own!

How is HTP conducted?

We will first do a an evaluation of your fitness/health status. Our Exercise Specialist will then customize, fine-tune the program, and personally train you 2-3 times per week at agreed times at the ‘Transformation Studio’ for the next 10-15 weeks. The program can also be done concurrently with 2 (partner training) or 3-4 clients (group training).

This program is ideal for you if you:

  • are 35 years and above
  • have no apparent health risk but want to minimise or prevent one
  • already having one or more of the above-mentioned risk factors and want to eliminate them as soon as possible

Program Overview: HTP is inclusive of

  • Fitness, health & lifestyle assessments

  • 10 or 30 one-to-one training sessions with an exercise specialist

  • Education on 'eat-on-demand' strategy with functional food recommendations

  • Consultation on smoking cessation and other lifestyle modifications

  • Goals setting, progress tracking & reassessments

  • Unlimited consultations
