Muscles can give you unfair advantage

All things begin equal, having a more muscular (but not overdeveloped like those of competiting bodybuilders) physique will definitely give you advantage in many areas. It is a always a plus to have a better body. This is an undeniable fact!

What is the secret to a muscular body?

Very few people are blessed with with a muscular body. The only way to get a muscular body is through a regular regime of exercise and a healthy diet. But not just any form of exercise would do. Engaging in cardiovascular activities may get you lean but it does very little to enhance your muscle size and shape, which is the main goal.

Building muscles is not a complicated process but it needs to be understood and done correctly to have best effects and to prevent injuries. Unfortunately most gym-goers don't do it properly, that is why it is so common to see people who have been training 'X' no.of years with the exact same body, with injuries to go with.

The secret does not lie in spending hours after hours in the gym. This is not only ineffective but counterproductive.

The BEST way to build real quality muscle tissues is through an intensive weight training sessions combined with our 'natural kinetic exercises', plus a nutritious food intake ('eat-on-demand' is a perfect food plan). I see some really huge, muscular guys in the gym who don't really train hard, but why I don't get the same body when I am train harder than them? Is my genetic the problem?

Many huge muscular guys (including many competing bodybuilders who are winning gold in competitions) you see in the gym pumping weights whole day are probably 'juiced up' (crude word to use on weight trainers who are using Anabolic Steroids or other synthetic hormones to build muscles) the unnatural way! This is a fact and the practice is rampant (it is even an open secret) in the fitness circle. These bodybuilders have many sources to get these drugs. But that's not the issue here.

Those hugely muscular bodies are not built through a systematic routine of smart hard work. The training of a steroid user typically consists of sets after sets of weight lifting that takes up 3-4 hours everyday. The muscles are largely built through the drugs. Without the drugs, their bodies would look only half as good at best. What's ironic is that those steroid built muscles are mostly cosmetic tissues, meaning that they look strong but are rarely functionally strong. That is, their strength do not match the size of their muscles.

To matter worst, there are many side effects associated with such drug use including, not limiting to, rampant acne on the body and 'bitch tits' (two very obvious tell tale signs), hair loss, kidney failure and even death. This is not worth it. Why cheat to have fake muscles and get all the problems?

How long does it take to see results?

For most people, it would take no more than 8 weeks to pack on 4-6 kg of solid muscles. If you work really hard and stick to our recommended eating plan to a 'T', gaining up to 8kg is possible. You will look very different with that amount of muscles gained.

How should I eat to gain muscles?

You should eat several good meals a day. The quantity of each meal is adjusted according to your needs. You must have some protein, carbohydrates and fat for each meal. Our 'eat-on-demand' diet is the right way.

Do I need to take supplement?

Supplements are just supplements, they are neither magic food nor essential food. Some certainly have beneficial values. Others just plain don't work.

Its not a question whether it is necessary to take them, it is a question whether you need them. If you are meeting the increased demands of training and recovery through normal food, you probably don't need any. But if you are not getting enough through your normal diet, yes by all means, take a good supplement. You will see the difference..

Can I build muscles and burn fat at the same time?

Most programs would say it is impossible to do so. We are different, we say "let's do it if you want to!"

But if you prefer to get as much muscular mass as possible first (without worrying about an inch or two gain on your waist), we agree it is a better idea as it is more straight forward. You can always lose it later easily with us.
